Lisa Gamberdella
Chair
Lisa Gamberdella serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at The Club: Lunenburg Teen Center. As a local REALTOR®, Lisa brings strong community connections and a deep understanding of the area to her leadership role. Her commitment to The Club is rooted in her family's long history in the community and her firsthand experience as a parent of a Club member. Growing up here herself, Lisa recognizes the vital need for a safe and engaging space for teens, a need she now passionately champions. Lisa's vision for The Club is to see it continue to connect with the community and grow, serving even more families. She is particularly passionate about building up the members and helping them navigate the increasing challenges faced by today's teens.
Tanya Crowley
Vice Chair
Tanya joined the board in September of 2016. She had just moved back to her childhood home in Lunenburg and her son Aiden starting 6th grade and had joined The CLUB. The PTO didn’t seem to need her, so she happily accepted an invitation to join the board. During her time on the board, Tanya has served as co-chair of the Resource Development Committee and is currently serving as Vice-Chair of the board. Tanya has worked at Fitchburg State University for nearly nine years, as the Director of Alumni and Family Relations at Fitchburg State University for the last three years, and previously as the Director of Annual Giving for six years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UMass Amherst and a masters degree in Applied Communications from Fitchburg State University. Tanya has a black belt in Taekwondo, loves to read and is addicted to the shows Bridgerton and Say Yes to the Dress.
Jeremy Martin
Treasurer
I became a board member in the fall of 23'. In the fall of 24' I became the interim treasurer. A few years before this, I made my first donation to the club. It was to Katie's challenge. The rest, as they say, is history. If you really want to know more about me, just ask. But I'd rather talk to you about; Katie, Jules, Andy, Molly Nick, our programs, our activites, how kids get excited about the haunted house, how groups of our kids get together and talk about things affecting them today, or how the names and pictures that are up on our walls bring out stories of how the club made a difference in their lives and them in ours. That's what "The Club" is all about and why I am a part of it.
Christine Hudson
Secretary
EDUCATION Christine Hudson graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1992. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Fisher College in 1995 and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from Fitchburg State University in 2013. She graduated magna cum laude from Massachusetts School of Law in 2017 and became a practicing attorney in November 2017. EMPLOYMENT Christine is an Associate Attorney at Barron & Sweet, LLP in Concord, MA, specializing in domestic relations, estate administration, and civil litigation. She also teaches Moot Court at Fitchburg State University. PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Christine lives in Fitchburg, MA, and is active in various organizations. She serves on the Massachusetts School of Law Alumni Association Board, volunteers as a judge for moot court competitions, and has worked with several cancer-related charities. Christine also captains two darts teams in the North County Darts League.
Patrick O'Connell

I am a banking professional with over 20 years of experience in the world of small business and community banking. I have a passion for helping children and young people reach their full potential and along with serving on the board at The Club, I also have over 5 years of experience with youth mentoring. Currently I am a Manager with Enterprise Bank and Trust in Leominster, MA. Before that I worked in a small business located in Lunenburg, MA. I joined the Board of Directors of the Club because of my deep ties to Lunenburg and my personal passion for helping young people. I look forward to working with the community to see how we can better serve the youth.
Elise Lilly
Board Member
Elise joined the board in July of 2024. She lived in Lunenburg for 21 years before recently moving to Fitchburg. She grew up in The Club as a member, junior staff, and staff from 2012-2019. Seeing and experiencing the incredible impact The Club had on her life and others around her, it felt like a natural path to join the board. Elise graduated with a bachelors degree from Bentley University in 2021 and currently works as a Paid Marketing Campaigns Manager at Microsoft where she has been for four years.
